Study Day: Sex and relationships, supporting men with prostate cancer

Organised by Prostate Cancer UK and The Royal Marsden

Prostate Cancer UK and the Royal Marsden School of Cancer Nursing and Rehabilitation are delighted to offer FREE study days for professionals working with men who have prostate cancer.

The aim of this study day is to enhance participants’ confidence in discussing concerns about sex and relationships and identifying possible supportive interventions. It will provide an opportunity for participants to consider the issues that may impact on a man’s relationship and sexual function following diagnosis and / or treatment of prostate cancer. Different approaches to discussing sex and relationships will be explored and some basic supportive strategies to help address psychosexual concerns will be identified.

Read the aims and objectives for the day.

Spaces are limited to 20 people and offered on a first come first served basis. Further dates will be released later in the year.

Cost: FREE for all delegates

Please note you must be currently working with men who have prostate cancer to apply.
