Marks & Spencer employee, ex-Royal Marine and local lad, Graham Witham, is weeks away from undertaking a once-in-a-lifetime challenge as he and three other ex-Marines attempt to row across the Atlantic to raise £75,000 for The Prostate Cancer Charity.

A raft of MPs have backed a quirky campaign to help raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer during the month formerly known as November.

A North London hair salon has raised almost £3,000 for The Prostate Cancer Charity as part of their drive to raise awareness of prostate cancer during Black History Month.

In December, The Prostate Marksmen, four brave ex-Marines, one of them an M&S employee, will be rowing their boat, HM&S Twiggy, across the Atlantic to raise £75,000 for prostate cancer research.

Iceland Foods and The Prostate Cancer Charity ‘teed’ up for success at the retailer’s annual Charity Amateur Golf Classic day. More than 250 suppliers, playing in teams of four, enjoyed a day of golf, followed by a Gala Dinner, which was attended by over 340 guests, raising more than £100,000 for the leading men’s health charity.
