The event, which took place during the Charity's annual
awareness month, helped raise more than £6000. Every penny will go
to help support the Charity's vital support services for men and
their families affected by prostate cancer.
This year saw stiff competition from 31 teams all competing for
the title at the Wembley Goals Soccer Centre in London. Former
England football player and TV pundit Mark Bright, witnessed the
silky skills on display, and was on hand to award the trophies to
the winners.
After a full day of football, Mark presented the trophies to the
winners, the International Allstars from Ladbroke Grove who went on
to take the much coveted Real Man Cup, and the runners up,
HomeAway Holiday Rentals B Team from Hammersmith.
The event helped raise more than £6,000, and every penny will go
to help support the Charity's vital support services for people
living with and affected by prostate cancer.
Mark, a long standing supporter of the Charity's work to raise
awareness among African Caribbean men said: "The standard of
football on display here today was excellent and it has been
brilliant to see so many people coming together to tackle such an
important disease. This year's Real Man Cup has been more exciting
than ever and I hope that many more people will feel inspired to
sign up to next year's event and help give prostate cancer the red
card."

atmosphere on the day was really fantastic. All the elements of a
good day of football were on show, from controversial refereeing
decisions, penalty shootouts and of course, lots of healthy
competition from all the players! Thank you to everyone that took
