Prostate Cancer in Ethnic Subgroups (PROCESS)

The PROCESS study investigates prostate cancer incidence, clinical presentation and access to healthcare services in different ethnic groups in the UK.

One early study confirmed that African Caribbean men in the UK are three times more likely to develop prostate cancer compared to white men.

Other PROCESS studies have looked at pathways to diagnosis, clinical presentation and initial management for black men and white men found to have prostate cancer in the UK.
